Refund policy
All products are sold on a no return for credit basis, unless:

The Products are received in a damaged state

The Products are supplied in the incorrect quantity

Incorrect Products are supplied to You

The Products are faulty.
If any of these apply, we will deliver to you a replacement Product or refund to you the price paid. All claims for credit must be made by You within seven (7) days of receipt of the Product. Claims are made by emailing Jim@MerakiHoney.com and must be accompanied by attaching a copy of the delivery slip that corresponds to the product. If no delivery slip is attached all claims are deemed void.
For products that are damaged due to freight handling error, please retain packaging and product, as the courier provider may need to see this as part of the claims process. If Your goods are received in a damaged state, please contact Us immediately.
